I received excellent care from a lovely OT called Precious, she was extremely attentive and listened carefully as I described the problems that I have with my current wheelchair. I was treated with Care and Respect throughout my assessment, and was involved in every aspect of deciding what I needed is a powerchair to make my life easier and to have my independence back. I would rate the service I received today as Excellent 10/10.

Good that the chair was adjusted to make him comfortable however this is the second appointment I had to get that done. Not able to resolve issue with posture so need another appointment for that. WOULD LIKE: A parents workshop where we are taught how to adjust and tighten simple things in wheelchair so that things aren't falling off of the chair and adjust things to make posture good.
